At xpander.ai I'm building agent infrastructure that runs inside your own environment - with your permissions, your APIs, your constraints - so agents can own real, multi-step workflows for hours or days at a time, not just answer questions in a chat box. I care about the unglamorous parts that make autonomy actually work: reliable tool-calling, memory, orchestration, and staying vendor-agnostic so you're never locked into someone else's runtime. My bet is that every role is becoming a human+AI role, and the companies that learn to onboard, govern, and manage AI employees alongside people will win the next decade.
Before this I spent nearly seven years at AWS, most recently leading GenAI Specialist Solutions Architecture across EMEA, and before that shaping the hardest Microsoft-and-.NET migrations to the cloud as a Principal Solutions Architect. I started out hands-on - a DevOps engineer and then an officer, building and designing complex datacenters and production systems - and I've been shipping on and around the cloud for well over a decade. I split my time between Tel Aviv and San Francisco, and I write here about agents, infrastructure, and the future of work.
